As some of you are aware, adfly no longer goes straight to the download links on mediafire.
However I've come to the belief this is an adfly problem and not mediafire.
This is because... (Here is the temp work around to get it to work)
-Click the download link of what you want.
-Wait 5 seconds and instead of clicking skip ad, right click it.
-Select Copy Link Address or Copy shortcut or whatever your current browser says
-Paste the link into your address bar and press Enter
-This will take you to the proper download page on mediafire.
