A single-minded game with a simple purpose, Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon doesn't bother troubling you with little things like varied objectives or a nuanced plot. So far as it's concerned, big things -- like Mecha Godzilla-style praying mantises -- rank a wee bit higher on the priority list.
